Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Codi Origin platform at codiorigin.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Codi Origin ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@codiorigin.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Purchases & Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid purchase. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are charged through our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. All sales are final unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

5. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at hello@codiorigin.com. Refunds are issued at our discretion. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be provided.

6. License & Access

Upon completing a purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute course content or your account credentials.
• Record, download, or screen-capture video content unless expressly permitted.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Codi Origin or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such content beyond the limited license in Section 6.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct that infringes applicable laws, or if your subscription expires or payment fails. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any suspension or termination, except where immediate action is required to protect the Service or comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codi Origin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where feasible, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Codi Origin operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
